Apuane Segrete and water trekking in Rio Battiferro
This magnificent hike takes place in the Battiferro Park and we will discover the most unknown and wildest part of the Apuan Alps. Along ancient paths and steps excavated into the rock that the Carbonari used to walk, we will reach the base camp. We will descend a canyon where caves, ravines and mines tell the story of the hard life of the past, and we will arrive at Fornovolasco to continue canyoning. We’ll wear neoprene wetsuits and between dives and slides we’ll descend the fresh and clear waters of the Rio Battiferro. This wonderful activity is suitable for everyone, both families and groups of friends. We don’t set schedules, the aim is to have fun… A unique adventure of its kind, we will be sure to do a great job and to live up to your expectations.
At the base camp, we will offer a tasting of typical Garfagnana products, a snack that will allow us to continue our adventure.
