The farm is located among chestnut and conifer woods a few hundred meters from the village of Sillicagnana, from which it can be reached by following a stretch of road that is first paved and then dirt; the parking lot is inside the property. The surrounding land, of about 6 hectares, is for common use by guests, located on a slight slope, with a panoramic terrace, natural lawn, wood and in the lower part an area used for poultry. The outdoor areas are furnished with pergola and garden furniture. Pool for common use, with green area, sun loungers and outdoor shower.

The lodgings, obtained in rural stone buildings, are surrounded by fields used for organic farming and partly fenced due to the presence of wild fauna such as wild boars and ungulates . There are also various species of birds: the owl, the hoopoe, the woodpecker, the hawk and the buzzard.

The structure consists of 5 apartments with independent entrances:
n. 2 studios with a double bedroom and a single bed on the mezzanine
n. 1 house with living area and upstairs  sleeping aera (two double bedrooms and one single bed)
n. 2 apartments with living area separated from sleeping area (double bedroom)
All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower, in each unit there is also household linen.
