Fattoria Carpineta was born about 25 years ago. It is managed by the owner (Emanuele) and his wife (Anna Maria) who have lived there for 29 years.

In addition to their home, it consists of a small multipurpose laboratory for the transformation of farm products, a building, once a chestnut drying room (Metato), renovated and transformed into a chalet of about 40 square meters. with veranda, completely independent, which can accommodate two adults and a child.

There is also a building, once the main house of the farm, where two large studios of about 30 square meters have been created on the first floor. each, independent, called Padronale-1 and Padronale-2 which can accommodate, the first up to 4 adults, the second 2 adults and a child.

Outside there are tables with benches for both rooms and a shared barbecue. There is also a large terrace with table and benches and a room with TV, armchairs, play and relaxation area. In the farmhouse, from early June to mid-September, the swimming pool is open, exclusively for guests
