Villa of about 80 square meters located in the pretty village of Casciana.
The structure is completely immersed in nature and is about 500 meters from the hamlet, therefore reachable on foot along the lovely path that leads to the village.
The house has a private parking lot and downstairs there is the access to the garden of the house with an outdoor dining area under a pergola, a barbecue corner and a small swimming pool with solarium where you can relax on hot summer days.

Internally the house has a large open space living area with kitchen equipped with appliances, dining area and relaxation area with sofa (also be a bed if necessary) and armchair.
Moving on to the sleeping area, the house has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with 2 single beds. In both rooms it is possible to add both a cot and a third bed if necessary.

The entrance hall leads to the bathroom with shower.

Furthermore, at the back of the house there is a beautiful panoramic area from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding villages and mountains. The outdoor area is completely fenced and illuminated in the evening.
