– Room in B&B -> room with private bathroom, 2 beds.
– Park-garden-solarium equipped with games, tables, gazebos and panoramic swimming pool-solarium measuring 12 x 6 meters (for the exclusive use of staying guests).

High environmental attention: heating and hot water produced exclusively with company biomass, electricity certified 100% from renewable sources, building recovery interventions designed and implemented by optimizing the thermal insulation of buildings with recycled materials produced in Italy, separate waste collection at 90%.
